Dewey's Read-a-thon Midpoint Survey

1. What are you reading right now?
A Fatal Waltz by Tasha Alexander, and Hetalia vol. 1

2. How many books have you read so far?
1 and parts of 4 others.

3. What book are you most looking forward to for the second half of the Read-a-thon?
The rest of A Fatal Waltz. :)

4. Did you have to make any special arrangements to free up your whole day?
Besides behave really anti-socially (my parents have company) and work around my homework? Nah.

5. Have you had many interruptions? How did you deal with those?
No, but breaking for food is annoying.

6. What surprises you most about the Read-a-thon, so far?
How slowly I read! lol

7. Do you have any suggestions for how to improve the Read-a-thon next year?
More challenges that don't require a blog post (ditto Snazel)

8. What would you do differently, as a Reader or a Cheerleader, if you were to do this again next year?
Not be in school, lol.

9. Are you getting tired yet?
Nope.

10. Do you have any tips for other Readers or Cheerleaders, something you think is working well for you that others may not have discovered?
Read variety, and if you get stuck with something, read a chapter of something else.

The hour grows late
My cheers are lame
Hope you’re still reading
And your eyes aren’t aflame!

Nice suggestion for the "not requiring a blog post" for mini-challenges. I've tried to get around that by putting all of my updates in one main read-a-thon post. :-)

*waves pom-poms around*

It's getting late but you need to know that encouragment is still here:

People say that life is the thing, but I prefer reading.
~ Logan Pearsall Smith ~

I hope you're enjoying your Readathon today!

Some books are to be tasted, others to be swallowed, and some few to be chewed and digested.

Keep up the good work!

HEHEHEH. I know, right? Food should just be delivered to you on a tray. ANd then you eat and read at the same time. OR you eat and read and internet at the same time. If you're talented.

P.S. You're cute when you're antisocial.
